Description: Philadelphia’s five E3Power Centers offer skill-building experiences for out-of-school and other disconnected youth that are grounded in youth development theory and practices. E3 stands for Education, Employment and Empowerment.  The Centers serve youth ages 14-21 seeking to improve their skills and work toward long-term goals. Youth may be referred to one of the centers or find a center on his or her own. In each Center, which serves approximately 300 youth annually, services are organized into four pathways: Educational Services, Employment Readiness & Placement Services,  Occupational Skills Training, and Life Skills
